We were selling our property at a difficult time. High interest rate environment during an election year. The market changed a lot during the 4 months our property was listed. Lance and I spoke every couple of weeks. He was knowledgeable of the market conditions/sales comps and communicated changes as they were occurring. He also had trade contacts for painting, flooring, repairs, etc. that were skilled and reasonably priced. Once we were under contract, Lance coordinated inspections, repairs to get us to closing which was critically important to me as I am not a San Angelo resident. Overall great experience!

From coaching us on how to present the house to taking excellent pictures and writing up the description for the posting, no one could have made a better presentation than Lance. He put it on the market in June and we closed in August. Best of all, he negotiated the price we wanted. I highly recommend him as an outstanding realtor!

I first contacted Lance for help with finding a rental home as we were not sure if we could buy a new home right away. He was willing to help us find something temporary until we found a permanent home. Fortunately, we were able to get pre-approved for a new home and Lance as well as his sister, Gina, helped us find a new home right away. We made an offer on a home that we did not get but Lance kept working with us until we found another home and made another offer on. We were blessed to have our second offer accepted and Lance helped us through the entire contract process as well as the closing. His office even helped us sign and notarize closing documents for our old house we sold in Brownsville, Texas. I really appreciate everything Lance and his sister did for our family to find us a new home and assist us with the buying process here in San Angelo especially since my wife and my family are new to the area.
