I would like to take a few moments to recognize Mr. Jim Mundell for his outstanding and dedicated service while acting on our behalf as property manager and then Realtor. Throughout our time working together, Mr. Mundell displayed a care and attention to detail that surprised and impressed me. I feel that his honest opinions and endless knowledge regarding the housing market in the area were the major factors in getting our property sold when others could not. I never felt as though Mr. Mundell was trying to squeeze me for more money than any problem was worth, and he always kept me up-to-date on situations that warranted my attention. I appreciate Mr. Mundell's no-nonsense approach to business, yet his friendliness shined through every time we spoke.
