Gina comes into real estate with the support and mentoring of her brother, Lance Powell, with 15 years’ experience and a company that has over 113 years in the business. With a teaching background and being a mother of three, Gina has learned patience, multitasking, organization, and many other skill sets.
Gina is an avid college football fan following her sons’ Division I games. She enjoys watching Real Estate and decorating HGTV shows, reading a variety of books, and tinkering with flower garden projects.

Gina was a complete game changer. Finding a home is a daunting task, but in an area you aren't familiar with and being unable to see the properties for myself made it that much more difficult. Gina was incredibly helpful with navigating the area and finding places that fit not only my budget but my style too!
