Jerry has made sure to make it his priority to constantly help us out and make sure that regardless if houses fell through for us that he would work on finding a replacement for us. He kept constant communication with us even after explaining a previous experience with another realtor. He made sure to take his time showing us the houses and answering every question and if he didn’t know he would get the answers. Jerry did everything possible to move up the closing date but at the latest keep the original date.

Jerry helped me out since day one of getting in contact with him. He took the time that I needed to find the right house at the right price. Answered all my questions and was very up front and honest. Throughout owning the home and up until I needed to sell Jerry was there. When it came selling, I knew who to call. Jerry helped me list the house and knew how to sell the house effectively even when the housing market is the way it is in 2024. I know that if I am ever back in San Angelo who to call if I want to buy. Thank you, Jerry

Jerry is an exceptional realtor. It doesn't matter your circumstances, he will do whatever it takes to find you the perfect home. We are a military family and Jerry spent an entire day (because that's all the time we had) showing us more than a dozen plus homes until my husband and I came to an agreement (which was no small feat). He never complained, always laughed at my husband and I bickering back and forth about our likes and dislikes, and displayed the patience of a saint. When it was time for us to seal the deal, he showed no doubts we had made the right decision. I for one could show just by my face when we walked into a house if it was the right fit and Jerry was able to pick up on my dissatisfaction. Even as my husband would try to persuade me, Jerry came back with..."we've got plenty more to choose from."Little did we know Jerry and his sweet family would become good friends of ours during our time in Texas! With his strong Christian values, a man of his word, and passion for the work he does, Jerry is by far the best realtor in town.

Mr Deldago worked feverishly in selling my old home and me buying my new home. He made the entire process uncomplicated and was there for me every step of the way. If you need a house sold or if you need to purchase one Jerry Delgado is your man!! He will steer you straight through all the in's and out's of buying a home and help you find the perfect one for you and your family. When we purchased ours he showed us almost three dozen houses in one day.... to the point he thought his truck keyless remote would work to open one of the homes.... it was a busy day!! But that is the commitment that Jerry has in making sure his customers get the best home for them.I did not know Jerry before we got started but we became good friends afterwards because him and his family are awesome. They are the Christians that are needed in their community.

As a first time homebuyer, the process of buying a house was very overwhelming and a little scary. I had no idea where to begin the process for loans, inspections, offers, etc. Jerry was there to walk me through the entire process and provided much needed support and advice along the way. His experience and knowledge were extremely comforting, and he made the process for me as easy as possible. The selection process took months, and whenever I began to feel discouraged he was there to give me confidence that we would find the right house together, and we did! Jerry is a ONE OF A KIND realtor who cares about you and takes care you in ALL aspects of the homebuying process. I will definitely be using him for all my future home buy/ selling needs, and I highly recommend him!!

Jerry is professional, yet made us feel very comfortable as if we have known him all our lives. He worked with our schedules even into the late evenings some days and never made us feel uncomfortable.
